Delivery Times
Orders are shipped via UPS, DHL, FedEx, or your local courier depending on your shipping address provided. Orders are processed and dispatched from our warehouse within 3 business days. In peak periods, please allow for up to 5 business days for dispatch.
Eligibility for Free Shipping
- Location: Free shipping is available for orders delivered within the continental United States and the mainland United Kingdom. Please note that this offer may not be applicable for deliveries to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, and overseas military installations, as well as certain remote areas within the UK.
- Order Minimum: Free standard shipping is available for all orders.
- Product Exclusions: Certain oversized or heavy items may be excluded from our free shipping offer. The product page for each excluded item will clearly state if it is not eligible for free shipping.
All orders are shipped from US, Australia or HongKong depending on the proximity of your shipping address and our availability. This allows us to get your items out to you faster.

We are not responsible for items not received due to incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided. If your package gets lost in transit, we will do everything we can to assist you. However, we are not responsible for packages once proof of delivery is generated.
